Brian's path into behavioral health didn't start in an office — it started as a resident. Over more than 25 years since, he worked his way up through every layer of the field: House Manager, Detox House Manager, Director of Admissions, Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, Administrator — before founding CLG.

Along the way, he personally launched and ran multiple treatment centers from the ground up, set up their initial state licensing, and directed the teams that earned them Joint Commission and CARF accreditation. He's obtained Incidental Medical Services designations and CLIA waivers, built policies and procedures from scratch, and hired and trained staff teams of 45 or more. He holds a Master's in Professional Counseling and Psychology from the University of the Cumberlands.

That's not theory — it's what CLG is built from. Every part of the platform reflects what actually has to happen to open and run a compliant facility, because Brian has done it himself, more than once.
